It is our commitment to you to provide compassion, quality care, exceptional care, a well trained staff, and honesty.

Order we see patients

We see patients in the following order.

  1. Emergencies

  2. Appointments

  3. Walk-ins - if you walk-in please be patient and please be flexible on who you see

  4. Drop-offs

Payment Policies

  1. Payment is expected at the time of service.

  2. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.

  3. We do not provide charge accounts, but we do accept Care Credit.  You can apply by clicking the link below.

Surgery Policy

  1. Surgery is by appointment only unless it is an emergency.  Please call ahead to make an appointment.

  2. Vaccinations from a veterinarian with documentation are required or they will be given at additional expense.  Dogs must be current on DHP-PV and Rabies.  Cats must be current on FVRCP and Rabies.

  3. Please take away food by 10 pm the night of surgery for your pet's safety.

  4. Please have your pet at the hospital by 8:30 am the day of surgery.

New Clients

We are always receiving new patients.  To save time you can fill out the new client form below before you come.

Drop-Off Policy

  1. For your dog's safety all dogs must be at least 15 weeks of age and current on their DHP-PV and Rabies vaccinations.

  2. For your cat's safety all cats must be at least 12 weeks of age and current on their FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations.

  3. Any pet must not be so aggressive that they cannot be handled.

  4. If your dog climbs fences, please alert the staff.

  5. We do not take drop-offs on Saturdays.
